I am a qualified chef of 21 years experience. I was trained in Melbourne under acclaimed chefs Andrew Blake and Geoff Lindsay. I have run kitchens in Sydney, Noosa & Melbourne before moving to Tasmania some 12 years ago.
My culinary inspiration comes from the produce itself & the influences of great chefs around the world. My kitchen team is driven by passion & inspired by a simple philosophy: “It’s not what you cook, it’s how you cook it.”
