Menus

The brief is simple “make it ourselves”.  Everything we can is done in our own kitchen from ice-creams to sausages.  Traditional and new techniques combined with the best quality ingredients and products and a team of passionate chefs & apprentices.  Out menu is seasonal based, uses free range eggs and poultry, hormone free meats, local & organic vegetables.  We concentrate on flavour harmonies, textures, balance, contrast and compliment.
