Built in 1846, as a local working man’s pub, and formerly known as the Doctor Syntax Hotel, The Bay Hotel has undergone an impressive renovation blending old with new by adding strong architectural design elements.

The Bay Hotel is vibrant and contemporary, whilst keeping the urban inner-city aesthetic and traditional Australian pub values. The architecture and laid-back interior design are striking and at ease, while the impressive outdoor beer-garden is typically relaxed Australian.
